His Excellency Dr. Saiful Islam Dildar is the Secretary General of the International Human Rights Commission Geneva (IHRC Geneva). In brief conspectus, H.E. Dr. Saiful I. Dildar is a founder and Secretary General of International Human Rights Commission Geneva. The International Human Rights Commission is a non-profitable human rights organization and is a Worldwide Peace and Human Rights Bodies with an established International Executive Committee (IEC) among other structures mentioned in its charter which was declared on 24th December, 2003 in Geneva Switzerland, the headquarters of UN. IHRC is operating with affiliation of UN and International Network bodies.

And each member country of United Nations is a member of IHRC. As enshrinements in its developed charter, and pursuance-effort for the materialization of IHRC main theorem which is; “Total Eradication of the Nuclear Weapon from the World”, IHRC has been established for eradicating atomic weapons, conducting impartial inquiry of torture in national or international level, mobilizing public opinion for peace and against war, materializing UN Charter of Human Rights in every country and to make UN sovereign, neutral and rights organization.

In furtherance, both the VISION and MISSION of IHRC are vividly tied around the theorems and activities defined and enshrined in its charter by which every implementing programme is a subject therein as a way of enriching the value of conformity to its principles and guidelines and to take a leading stand in the promotion, protection and defence of the global customary or common law of man, instruments and treaties agreeably formed by the United Nations of which IHRC is always be the bulwark of strength and an epitome of standards to conduct observatory role and monitoring operation to the fullest in order to ensure full compliance and building towers of sustaining the best practices of the universal customary law and instruments as moral obligations to state parties, governments and its citizens. The operations/ great works and achievements of IHRC cannot be detached from its leadership structures whose will-power is vividly anchored in a continual pursuit for absolute peace, freedoms and justice across National, Sub-regional, Regional and the World at large.

IHRC serves as a strong Advocate for laws and policies reform actions that promote and defend human rights and crusade against legislations and policies that undermine or threatened the existence and values of human rights with a spreading wing and power across all established law Courts, the media, and in various Public and Legislative Institutions. In certain crucial areas where adequate legislation is lacking or requires amendment or repeal, IHRC has been at the lead of efforts for the formulation of laws and policies in multiple facets- such as against child sexual abuse, against communal crimes, and for the right to food and work. And with a broad scope to increasing enlightenments on peace and human rights, and expending counselling efforts across, the staging of public awareness, fomenting debates and critical discussions at community, national, sub-regional, regional and worldwide levels, IHRC has epitomizing such reality through the legal establishment of Educational Institutions and IHRC offices in almost all countries of its memberships.

In all member countries of the United Nations of IHRC registration and presence, IHRC worldwide network proffers swift response with provision of pro bono expertise/ lawyers on legal representation and advice to people who are vulnerably unable to afford legal representation. And has distinguished itself of excellence and proven strength in the actualization of access to justice movement in these countries, through the creation of perfect channels for critical transitions from litigations in minor courts to filing public interest petitions in the High Courts and in the Supreme Courts as a zestful action to exterminate bad state policies and laws. And such professional intervention brings positive change and relief to the global world citizens without distinction of any kind everywhere.

IHRC vehemently work on thorough research and fact finding missions, data collection and accurate information dissemination on human rights violations and anti-poor policies. And the publications of essentially knowledgeable learning Materials, Books, Posters, Flyers, News Magazines, important judgements and case law and human rights law, serve the paradigm of viable resource in helping a large range of educational institutions, lawyers, activists, judges, academics, researchers, interested individuals, and the media. IHRC is forever proactive in detecting inconsistent actions and practices that are of great threats to peace and the human rights of all and proffers advices and guidelines to individuals, state leaders and governments for a peaceful resolution.

Its effort in bolstering the economic, social, cultural, political and religious rights and freedoms across the world is always part of its priorities as well as the ideal of self-determination and freedoms from fear and want. In conclusion, IHRC can never be able to work towards actualizing its VISION, MISSION and achieving its laudable Theorems (Objectives and Goals) without its unique leadership structures and composition that comprises a variety of Man-powers of varied capabilities and qualifications who are bestowed the due responsibility of stirring up all the ideals, operations and implementations of IHRC programmes. And in elucidating this, the supreme brains behind all these great deliverable works and achievements are the leading leaders upon whom all the good strategies, schemes, supports, motivational powers and zest of implementations are all derived from, by which, my choicest first Nominee His Excellency Dr. Saiful I. Dildar, has exhibited such worthy characters and qualities of leadership in many fields including this noble intergovernmental organization of peace and rights worldwide.

And I quote: “Any effort to instilling the fundamental rights of man is an effort to instilling absolute peace in varying forms”. And H.E. Dr. Dildar as a founder and Secretary General of IHRC is a very fit of my just mentioned quotation. And by given him the due opportunity of winning the 2021 Nobel Peace Prize, this will serve as an increasing strength and motivational power for him to continue his humanity service for peace, rights and development among global world citizens. World human rights work is a forever living pursuit by which leaders of such courageous move should be at all times motivated.
